Postage/Shipping-

I only send via tracked post, which is more expensive than standard mail but I do this for your own peace of mind and mine, because we don't want your lovely item/s going missing.

UK postage: 3-5 days                International postage: 5-20 days

Returns-

Sadly, refunds and returns based on change of mind purchases are not available as an option. But if you really do have an issue please contact me immediately, and within 24 hours of you receiving your item, and we will try our best to sort this issue out for you.

Don't forget, to please read the description of our designs before making your purchase, to ensure you know everything about my product before making that jump to call it your own. Especially make sure you are aware of any lengths of necklaces before hand - I try our best to mention this information in absolutely all of designs descriptions, but never hesitate to send me an email or contact us through our website. Lengths are a crucial factor in our creations, and determine how it will sit and rest on yourself, this will be absolutely different for everyone, so make sure you know if a design is just right for you, we will not exchange any items based on this reasoning. A necklace can sit low on someone else's body, and high up on another’s; each and every one is unique. So never feel scared to ask us any questions at all.

All, Limms and Needles Designs are one of a kind, no two are the same. Please remember, dropping, tapping, or knocking your item on a hard surface can cause damage - love, care and treat your piece well, as we do not accept returns, repairs or replacements on this basis. To maximise the life of your leather cord necklace or item, take care to ensure is not snagged or caught on sharp jewellery. We cannot accept repairs, returns, or replacements on this basis, nor on the basis of any discolouration on the flowers, as they have been coated with UV resistance, but still need love and care, so I recommend, when not wearing put in the little black bag provided.
